DEATHS I E. A. Allison E. A. Allison, 70, and hus.

band of Ora Moore Allison of 119 O'Neal Street in Gaffney, died at 6:30 p. m. Tuesday in the Cherokee County Memorial Hospital aftor long illness. Mr. Allison was the son of the late Columbus and Mary Blanton Allison and a retired textile worker.

He was an auto salesman and a member of the Southside Baptist Church where he was a former deacon. He was also a World War veteran. Also surviving are his daughters, Mrs. Paul R. Moss, Mrs.

Herbert P. Blanton, both of Gaffney: sisters, Mrs. Kate Sanders, Mrs. Myrtle Porter, Mrs. Fay Abernathy, all of Gaffney; and one grandson.

Services will be held at 4 p. m. Thursday at the Southside Baptist Church, conducted by Revs. Harry Crosby, Odis Burial will be Frederick McCluney, and James. Allen.

Memorial Gardens. The body will be at home after 2 p. m. today and moved to the church at 3 p. m.

W. Patterson. Shuford Hatcher Funeral Home is in charge. Mrs. Fred H.

George Services for Mrs. Beatrice Young George, 53, and wife of Fred H. George of 214 Park Street in Gaffney, will be held at 4 p. m. today at the Shuford-Hatcher Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Frederick Memorial Gardens. Mrs. George died Monday. Pallbearers: Leon Garvin, Niles Clary, John Leazer, Frank W. Brown, Hamlet S.

Lipscomb, and William B. Doty. Survivors: husband, Fred H. George: daughter, Mrs. Barbara Jean George; three brothers, Douglas A.

C. Keller, and Oscar Sullivan. Douglas Brian Queen Douglas Brian Queen, six day old son of Frankie and Sybil Petty Queen of Route 3, died this morning at 5:30 at the Cherokee County Hospital. Services will be held Thursday at 3 p. m.

at the residence. These will be conducted by Rev. James Allen, followed by the burial in Frederick Memorial Gardens. Also surviving, one brother, Frankie Ray Queen, of the home: maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.

H. C. Petty; paterna! grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Drayton Queen, maternal great grandparents, Mr.

and Mrs. T. A. Petty, all of Gaffney, William Kincaid Kincaid, 71, considered one of the finest flute players in the world. died Monday at his home in south Philadelphia.

Kincaid was first flutist for the Philadelphia Orchestra unti! his retirement in 1960, ending a 39-year career with that group. He taught at the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia for many years, and his pupils went on to occupy the first flute chairs in some 15 orchestras across the country. Kincaid was born in Minnesota and grew up in Hawaii, where he used to dive as a boy for pennies in Honolulu Harbor. He said later that the underwater swimming taught him the breath control he needed as master of the flute. He was married to Miss Helen Gooding of Gaffney, an organist for the First Baptist Church.

She was a cousin, by marriage, of Mrs. T. L. Brown. Mrs.

Kincaid died in 1965. Mr. Kincaid is survived by a brother, Douglas Kincaid of Boone, N. C. Graveside services will be held here at 2 p.
